At Adstrust.net, we are committed to providing high-quality accounts and reliable support.

To ensure transparency, this Warranty Policy outlines the guarantees offered with each type of account, as well as situations where warranty does not apply.

Facebook Profile Accounts Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 24 hours after delivery.
  • Coverage:
    • Invalid login credentials.
    • Locked or disabled accounts within 24 hours of delivery (if not caused by misuse).
  • Conditions:
    • You must log in within 24 hours of receiving the account.
    • The email used for login will be recorded for warranty purposes.
    • After successful login, the account becomes your full responsibility.
  • Exclusions:
    • No warranty if issues arise after 24 hours.
    • No warranty for bans due to violations of Facebook policies.

Business Manager (BM) Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 24 hours after delivery.
  • Coverage:
    • Invalid or expired invite link.
    • BM dies or becomes inaccessible without use.
  • Exclusions:
    • Adding a payment card.
    • Creating new ad accounts.
    • Using prepaid payment methods.
  • Notes: Once logged in, the BM becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

Business Manager (BM) Unlimited / NoLimit Warranty

  • Coverage:
    1. If the invite link expires within 24 hours, we will provide a new link.
    2. If the BM is restricted, disabled, or experiences reduced limits within 24 hours (before use), we will replace it.
    3. If the verification status of a verified BM (with original documents) is revoked within 7 days, we will issue a replacement.
    4. If the spending limit is lower than advertised, coverage lasts up to 3 days.
  • Exclusions:
    • Adding credit or debit cards.
    • Creating or using new ad accounts under the BM.
    • Using prepaid or unsupported payment methods.
    • Making structural changes (adding domains, creating pages, bulk modifications).
  • Key Points:
    • No refunds are offered. Replacements only apply within the warranty period.
    • Once delivered, BM management is the buyer’s responsibility.
    • The invite link will not remain valid after 3 days; we recommend keeping backup profiles.

Facebook Ads Accounts Warranty

  • Warranty Period: 24 hours after delivery.
  • Coverage:
    • Invalid login or non-functional account.
  • Exclusions:
    • Ads disapproval, account bans, or holds due to ad content, payment issues, or policy violations.

Other Social Media Accounts Warranty

TikTok Accounts

  • 24-hour warranty for login/access errors.
  • No warranty if banned due to policy violations.

YouTube Accounts

  • 48-hour warranty for login/access issues.
  • No warranty for suspension due to uploaded content.

Instagram Accounts

  • 24-hour warranty for login/access errors.
  • No warranty for bans due to spam, automation, or inappropriate content.

Hotmail Accounts

  • 24-hour warranty for login/access issues.
  • No warranty if accounts are misused for spam or phishing.

Cases Where We Cannot Provide Replacements

  1. Adding payment methods or prepaid cards.
  2. Creating ad accounts or publishing ads inside BM.
  3. Adding or verifying domains within BM.
  4. Creating pages under BM.
  5. Major changes to the BM structure (except renaming).
  6. Accounts in good condition upon delivery that later face restrictions due to usage or platform rules.

Reasons for Exclusions

  • We cannot guarantee the reliability of payment methods you add.
  • We cannot control the ads you place or ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • If your domains, pages, or ad history are already flagged, restrictions may occur beyond our control.
  • We do not resell used or risky Business Managers — once delivered, the account is considered new and final.

Important Notes & Key Points

  • Refunds are not provided for delivered assets. Terms of Service. Industry standard practice is replacement within warranty, not refunds.
  • Once delivered, you are fully responsible for the account.
  • Continuous replacements are not possible if issues arise after warranty or due to misuse.
  • It is advisable to keep backup Business Managers across profiles for redundancy.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact us to claim warranty
  • Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
  • Provide: order ID, account details, and description of the issue.
  • Our team will verify and, if valid, issue a replacement promptly.
