AdsTrust offers digital advertising assets, including:

• Facebook accounts (personal and profile-based).
• Verified Business Managers (BM).
• Facebook fanpages.
• Agency ad accounts (Unlimited / No Limit).

All services are designed for digital advertising purposes only. You can review everything we offer on our services page.

Inquiries & information you provide

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you provide the following details:

• Full name
• Telegram username
• Email address
• The advertising products you are interested in
• A description of your business and needs

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, recommend suitable assets, prepare and deliver your order, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your data. How we store and protect it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online advertising.

Payment terms

• Payment must be completed in full before delivery.
• We accept secure cryptocurrency payments only — USDT, BTC, and ETH. See our Payment page for details.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Delivery

• Standard delivery is instant to 24 hours.
• Some products may require additional verification and can take up to 48 hours.
• Delivery is considered complete once login details are sent to the contact you provided.

Refund policy

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the product as described.
• Once an asset has been delivered, we do not issue refunds; instead, replacements are provided within the applicable warranty period (see our Warranty Policy).
• No refunds are given for issues caused by customer misuse, violation of platform policies, or third-party actions.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support are considered fraudulent and may lead to account suspension.

Customer responsibilities

• You must use the accounts in compliance with Facebook advertising policies.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials after delivery.
• Misuse of accounts may lead to suspension, for which AdsTrust holds no liability.

Limitation of liability

AdsTrust is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue due to ad account restrictions.
• Suspension or bans caused by violations of advertising platform policies.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Response times may vary depending on demand, but urgent issues are prioritized.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by international e-commerce practices and the commercial law of Singapore.
