AdsTrust (AdsTrust Global Pte. Ltd.) is a Singapore-based provider of Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts and related digital assets, serving agencies, media buyers, and growth teams worldwide. Our office is located at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We operate globally and work in English. Online support is available 24/7, while our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (SGT).

What services does AdsTrust provide?

We supply verified Facebook Business Managers, Facebook ad accounts (including agency and no-limit accounts shared under BM2500), Facebook fanpages (new, aged, and verified), and Facebook profile accounts by region. Are the accounts safe to use?

Yes. Every account is verified and prepared for advertising before delivery, with attention to trust score and stability. As with any advertising asset, long-term standing also depends on how the account is used and on Facebook’s policies — details are explained in our Warranty Policy.

Orders & delivery

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you need, then contact our team via Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or email to confirm availability and details. We will send payment instructions, and your order is prepared as soon as payment is confirmed.

How fast will I receive my order?

Most accounts are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Some specially prepared accounts may take up to 24 hours.

Will I get full access and control of the account?

Yes. You receive the login access and details needed to use the asset. After successful login and inspection, the account becomes your full responsibility, so we recommend checking access immediately upon delivery.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20 or ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). USDT on the TRC20 network is recommended for fast, low-fee transfers. See full details on our Payment page.

Why do you only accept cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency lets us serve advertisers worldwide without banking restrictions, with fast confirmations, low fees, and no chargeback risk. This keeps our pricing transparent and delivery quick.

Is my crypto payment safe?

Yes. You always send the exact amount to a wallet address we provide for your specific order. Please double-check the address before sending, as transfers to a wrong address cannot be recovered. Your order is processed once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

Warranty & refunds

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds on delivered assets, which is standard practice for digital advertising accounts. Instead, we provide replacements within the applicable warranty period. Please see our Warranty Policy and Terms of Service for details.

What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?

Coverage depends on the product. Facebook profile and ad accounts carry a 24-hour warranty for login or access issues; Business Managers are guaranteed at the time of delivery and inspection; verified no-limit BMs include up to 7 days for verification status and 3 days for advertised spend limits. Warranty does not cover bans or restrictions caused by ad content, added payment methods, or policy violations. Full terms are in our Warranty Policy.

How do I claim a warranty replacement?

Contact us within the warranty period with your order ID, account details, and a description of the issue. Our team will verify the claim and, if valid, issue a replacement promptly.
